You know how much I love this idea - and I still love how you weaved the two legends of retrieving Excalibur together in one fic. This was brilliantly written and I enjoyed reading this very much. :) I would love to read deleted scenes from this fic - I like the setting that you have established here.
But oh, poor Arthur - doubting his kingship - I'm so glad that Merlin was there for him and tried to restore his confidence. Though I admit I loled a bit when Merlin was nervous when Arthur was about to take the sword out of the stone - uncertain that Arthur *would* take it out even though Merlin himself did everything to insure it would be him. Oh Merlin. ;) But, of course, Morgana knew right away that Merlin had been behind the sword in the stone. She's just good like that. ;)
I'm glad for the happy ending. :) It definitely left me with a big smile on my face - absolute love. ♥
