Wow! Tears are streaming down my face as I write this. This story was absolutely beautiful and incredibly real. You made Draco's pain palpable. And the wonderfully tragic truth, is that we know that they truly do love each other.
Sometimes love is not enough.
However as the chronically fluffy person that I am - I've already worked out Draco's triumphant return and subsequent reunion with Harry in my own mind. (I'm a sucker for a happy ending.)
